This is an insured over-sized FREIGHT shipment delivered to the nearest curb-side of your shipping address. Make sure the ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER provided is CORRECT. We will need to confirm your shipping address and contact phone number so we can provide it to the Freighting Company. They will schedule a delivery appointment with you to make sure someone will be there to sign for the delivery.
Inspect the delivery boxes for damage, crushing, dents, creasing etc. before signing the delivery receipt. The driver will not wait as you unpack inspect the item unless there is visible damage to the package. If you see obvious damage to your shipment carton, you may ask the driver to open the carton to inspect contents with you. If damage is found, you may refuse the shipment and write, “Refused due to damage,” on the delivery receipt. Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact us.
