The chair locks open and is designed to accommodate one adult, with a recommended load limit of 250 lb. The chair double folds for easy storage and has its own built in handle for easy transport. The folded dimensions are 18″ x 21″ x 4″. The locking hinges prevent each chair from unintentionally folding when opened. Hinge locks may be easily released by pressing the solid brass lock buttons between the thumb and a finger.
