What’s Inside?
Smudge sticks are hand-picked, hand-cut, and hand-wound by a member of First Nation American Metis. Each one is unique and varies slightly. They range from 3” to 5” in height.
White Sage
Burning white sage, or salvia apiana, invites transformation into your space, whether you’re smudging your home, studio, or workplace. Use it for cleansing your space of negative thoughts and influences. Our sage is carefully cut so that it contains multiple layers of dried leaves without all the stems.
Sweetgrass
Sweetgrass has a long history in Native American ceremonies and are traditionally braided, with the strands representing honesty, kindness, and love. Burning them in your home creates a calming effect and attracts positive energy after negative energies have been driven away by sage.
Palo Santo
Literally means “holy wood” and comes from South America. Combats negative energy and helps clear away negative thoughts and misfortune.
Selenite Crystal
Use a crystal to amplify your intentions; if cleansing a room, place a selenite stick in the corners of your space, under a pillow, or on a windowsill. Selenite balances the emotional and mental body with peace and clarity as it protects your space against strong negative influences.
