The top layer is a plaid print and is accented by a coordinating Logan gingham check print and bias binding bottom layer. It is made with a 3 inch rod pocket and decorative 2 inch header. Measuring 70 inches wide, it will accommodate approximately 30 – 60 inches of window width. Length is measured overall 15 inches from header top (ruffle above the rod pocket) to bottom of panel.
